The Polar Express

Last Sunday we went with some friends to Utica to ride on the Polar Express train...what a great idea this is! It's part of the Adirondack Railroad...the kids all wear their pajama's, you get a golden ticket to get on the train, the elves greet you when you board, a real conductor comes through and punches your ticket, and then you arrive at the North Pole to see Santa! Santa got on the train at the North Pole and rode it back to the station too...and all the children get their chance to sit with Santa and he gives them all a small present (a bell)...after we got back to the train station we all enjoyed some cookies and hot chocolate...this was one of the memories that we will talk about for years, and never forget :)
